I smooshed some corralites

So tonight I was fragging the acro that got partially nuked by the blue cloves, and accidentally pretty effectively smooshed some corralites to oblivion. The holes are still there, so will the coral rebuild them? I'm not really too concerned just curious

Yes, they will rebuild. How fast they rebuild depends on the health of your system....proper/stable water parameters.
