I don't know if anyone has had this experience but It seems i can make Cyanobacteria come and go on will. It seems it is a relationship with phosphates and nitrates. My nitrates are around 3-4 ppm and pretty stable for the last few months. When my phosphates read around .03-.04 no Cyano. Change out my GFO and drive down phosphates to .01 and boom Cyano. I have done this at least 4 times and same outcome. Anyone else seen this relationship?
