Ice cap balllast 430 and end caps

I have up for trade an ice cap ballast 430 and 6 endcaps. History was well used for years and working when I put in a box of stuff over 14 years ago. I don’t have bulbs to test so who knows the current function. Any retro users have an interest?

I’m open to about any interested trade. I’d really like a cheap controllable Magnet powerhead all mine have suction cups. The ballast can be used in various configurations.
