Its low flow alternating between 10 and 20%
Looks like your tank is shallower but longer than mine. 24 inches is tall which is why I was thinking the 3k as well. Now you got me nervous.

Good to know. I was thinking I would put it in the middle of one of my sides as well. What intervals do you use for your pulse?
The factory set intervals. I didn’t change much, my corals like the first thing I picked so left it.

Been running a 1k in my 45gal cube horizontal closer to the top on automatic. The majority of the day it's at 80% on gradual pulse mode and random at night about 30%. I run in reverse for 5 min in between in case noise making airbubles get caught in there.

Well I run a 3K on my 4 foot 90g. It has a 7 mesh plastic guard to keep my nems out of it, which reduces flow but I have it on alternating gyre mode, from - 10% to 90% and its not too much flow in my softie dominated tank.

So you think I’m okay?

Any updates on how 3k worked out inside your 60g cube ? I’ll also trying to decide between 1k & 3k for 60 cube

Ended up returning it and going with 2 mp10’s used. Right now I have them across from each other on the side one slightly higher and closer to the back. Running reef crest at 90%.
