You can try resetting it back to factory settings. I'll provide a link... I had nothing but problems with my IceCap pen and finally bought a Hanna salinity/temp tester. Best salinity tester I've ever owned so far.

I just reset it if that’s if I did it right. Because the c-s popped up and it said like gshe or what ever that said and in it and when I hold it for 5 seconds it show the oh and I let it shut off on it’s own so I don’t know if I did it right
