Have had a case of A white spot disease unknown which one, wondering yall can help me figure it out.

started 2 months ago noticed on blue tang yellow tang and foxface.

have done a copper treatment - unsuccessful most likely due to me not using worthy test kits. (2weeks)

did a tank transfer method. All fish cleared happy days. Put back in a hospital tank. 3 days later blue tang hasthe same spots again. (5 transfers in total 72 hours apart)

removed the fish to a seperate tank, treated both tanks with copper again, using cupramine and a hanna checker - hanna checker not working giving haywire results which cannot be right. ( 2 weeks as of yesterday)
Did a fresh water dip on the blue tang ( results below)

don’t even know if I’m dealing with ich here anymore - any advise.

I can't tell from you dip water if those are flukes. I bought a $12 iPhone microscope that can help ID those sorts of things. However, even if those ARE flukes, there are not very many of them, so would not be causing the fish any huge issue (yet). It is possible for the fish to have ich and flukes at the same time. Typically though, ich will kill fish faster, so should be dealt with first. My go-to treatment is copper, but that can take a solid 14 days of good dosing in order to begin to start going away, and 30 days to completely control an active infection. I see a discoloration at the base of the tang's caudal fin, how long has that been there? The trailing edge of that fin is also a little eroded.

The fish has been through a lot in the last month, previously his face was peeling off what looked like HLLE but seems to have recovered, he then scratched so vigorously on the ornaments both sides of his body were grazed so much I could see blood, however those too have recovered the tail thing I’ve noticed it in the last few days.
Copper doesn’t seem to work for me be it my testing methods but I can’t figure it out. Will do a tank transfer method on it again
