Ich or flukes

I'm having trouble identifying if these white spots are ich or visible flukes on my majestic angel. I posted some pics. You can visibly see whites spots above the skin (on the black patch he has right before his tail), but he has the same spots on his head and sides. I can't pin point which parasite it is since I have a Tomini tang in the same QT and he is clean and free of ich. This makes me think that its not ich, but also never seen flukes this visible to the naked eye. He is also not breathing hard, but is scratching against the pvc. I already gave him a 5 minute fresh water bath less tha 24hrs ago and noticed some came off, but again I wasnt able to tell what it was. General cure which has prazi has been dosed, but was wondering if i should just remove it with carbon and a water change and start dosing Copper Power. Any advice would be much appreciated

Typical with these fish- lymphocystis. This is generally associated with poor water quality and/or diet
Focus on ammonia-nitrate-ph and salinity
Diet:
Hikari angel formula
Spirulina brine shrimp
Plankton
LRS herbivore diet
Formula 2 flake and frozen
Nori seaweed basted with garlic

It doesn’t look like ich. I don’t think that is Lymphocytis, tough to see clearly but the spots look too diffuseAlso, Lymphocytis doesn’t cause scratching.
However, the FW dip and GC should have begun to control things if they are flukes.
It could be bacterial.
How long has the fish had these symptoms?

This will be the 4th day. All I've noticed is it being lethargic. No clamped fins or heavy breathing. Water peramiters are good.
