My powder brown has looked like this for about 8 days still eating and acting like he always has..not sure if he has Ich or lymphocystis? I’m leaning toward lymphocystis but honestly don’t know? Please advise?

Thanks

Is the fish breathing rapidly? You can tell ich apart from velvet as the fishes breahts per minute increases each day as the infection gets worse. Either way, the fish need to go in copper.

That's not Lymph... It's more than likely Ich, but you need to ensure it's not velvet as well. As previously mentioned, a quarantine tank with some copper sounds like it is needed very soon. You will want the main tank to go fallow as well...time frame depends on the disease present.

That's a severe case of marine ich, Cryptocaryon. You'll need to get it into a copper or hyposalinity treatment right away, and even then, it may be too late. Ich treatments usually take three days to really begin to work, and this fish may not have that much time. You'll also need to treat any other fish in the same tank,

About the same as copper, perhaps a bit faster than hypo. The time delay arises from the life cycle of the organism, where only the tomite/theront stage is affected.
