Do you guys see the white spots he’s been fine the 4 days I’ve owned him behavior and eating and the store that I got him from, he was in there for about 2 weeks with nothing on him(I kept coming back every other day indecisive)
Ps this is a temporary 32g a “grow out tank”or else he’ll get picked on in the bigger one

Not quite seeing defects but again, there is so much passing debris that its hard to pinpoint anything. Perhaps shut off pump for duration of video and resume pumps thereafter

I didn’t see anything except maybe for an injury on the left side near the eye. Looks healthy and behaving normally otherwise. Just to be safe I’d be ready with a QT for copper treatment. Did the system at LFS run copper? If so it could suppress it at the store then comes out due to stress of transfer.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

The mark above its left eye is the start of Head and Lateral Line Erosion (HLLE).

I really hope not because if I’m not wrong he got that when he got banged up when they were trying to catch him, I’ve kept a close eye on him and I’m pretty sure it’s slowly healing it was a bit bigger before

I think it might be a false alarm I’ll keep a close eye on him but I think it was just me being paranoid, I’ve been doing my investigation and had one of my saltwater buddy’s check it out and he said he’s fine, I haven’t been in the salt water scene too much and this was one of my most expensive fish. I got a deal on a local 125 just gotta find a good spot in the house.
