ICP test results

Hey all. I did an ICP test and it showed I need to dose chromium, cobalt, iodine, iron, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, selenium and vanadium. Everything else was perfect.

Does anyone have any recommendations for getting these elements in an easy to dose solution as opposed to all separate?

I am in the UK if that helps

I’m not sure how. There are many pages as each element is listed with dosing advice under it but I’ll screenshot the ones it highlighted need adjusting.

Is it by icp-ms (none detected may mean dosing is useful) or icp-OES, which we none detected can be true for natural levels.

Then it may or may not be useful to add those.

Lithium is never useful to add. No organism requires it.

But most of those are present in Tropic Marin A and K, so that is a fine product to experiment with.
