Looks like a little mushroom to me.
 
Its pearl bubble coral and does well under good tank conditions
 
Looks like a Pearl bubble. It has a skeleton, yes?
Possibly, never seen the mouth so open and the bubbles have a pointed end - the undiscovered world of corals!
