Could be but does not look fleshy enough, then again I am on my phone so the pic might just not look right. Either way the coral will like lower flow and lower light

It's a favia type. Acan lords each head is separate the coralite rings are not joined. Not enough flesh for bowers, hilliea or enchinata.
