See video, looks like tiny ants running like mad all over my emerald green crabs. These things are numerous, fast and tiny. Any idea what they are?

Thanks,

Thats what I'm asking. Copepods only swim to my knowledge and these things are clearly running around on the surface of the crab. Amphipods do have legs and run but these things are far smaller than any amphipods I've come across before.
Has anyone actually ID'ed these things? Are they good or bad? the way they swarm over the crab makes me suspicious. I've found some other posts regarding them with a few guesses only that included crab larvae which i doubt.

I know I'm late for posting on this, but I'm guessing you'll need to isolate a couple of these things and put them under a microscope to get an ID.

Thanks,
The movement is too fast for grey bugs and suggests small copepods. Time for a small wrasse like yellow coris, scooter blenny or similar pod eater
