ID eshopps skimmer connection

Purchased used tank that came with PK-200 eshopps skimmer.

I think the skimmer has been retrofitted with aftermarket pump connection (going off old picture online). It is 1-1/4 threaded but it’s course thread.
Just guessing, if pvc has 24 thread, it’s a 18 thread. I’d rather use this connection as it’s clean and secure, but normal pvc doesn’t fit it. Also found Tonga rock? From fellow reef last week, sharing because it’s awesome.
Anyone know where to find male 1-1/4 course thread pvc?
