Hello, i need an id of the disease ASAP. The fish finished qt like a week ago and has been in this sterile tank since then. Now i am not sure this is ich since it is pointy a pit and can only be seen from an angle at the fish not as ich. What is it? IMG_0778.png IMG_0776.png

These are mucus cones mixed in with Ich likely and often stems from a skin irritation. Im assuming this is a quarantine tank, and these cones are often overcome when using coppersafe at 2.25 ppm for 30 days.
Was this tank being treated with anything during quarantine?
As for eye, it looks like an injury and likely from egg crate which I see happen occasionally. Eye looks damaged and should be treated with Maracyn, however I dont recommend mixing Maracyn with Copper

he was in qt with copper and after treatment he was placed in this tank. Witch is another qt rank but bigger with no medicamentation . Just a skimmer and a FX6. Sterile tank set up the day i placed the fish. and dosed bacteria. He had a severe flukes so his eye got damaged. I don’t t think it s ich since he was in copper and this tank is sterile so?

I agree, mucus plugs caused by some stress issue - could be ich, flukes or some unknown stressor.

Depends if your copper treatment was appropriate - can you outline what product you used, what dose and for how long?

How did you treat the flukes? They often rebound because none of the treatment kill the eggs with one treatment.

So i made the 15 day treatment with no consecutive symptoms.Every 3 days 100% wc and sterilizing the tank and the equipment, copper power with nitrafurazone at 2.5 on hanna checker .At the 3 day mark 35min formalin bath in 8L saltwatet ;2.11ml formol. The arabic angelfish had severe infestation with flukes so
before copper he was in qt with the formalin baths and metroplex and nitrafurazone. That is why i don t think it is ich. The fish is kinda blind in one eye si he likes to sit next to things; i think he rubbed himself the eggcrate and he got those mucus plugs? idk. Same protocol with the gem tank just not the formolin
and latticed butterfly
too

Copper power is mild, but also slower to work. It dies not kill the tomont stage, so you need to wait those out. 30 days is standard.

You could run hyposalinity to manage both ich and flukes at the same time:

Okay but coming back to the subject, is it just mucus plugs?

Can’t really say. These develop as a result of some stressor. I use skin scrapes and a microscope to rule out ich or flukes.

Can you recommend me a microscope, thinking of buying one with my luck in fish :) and a skin scraper

You want a dissecting scope, not a high powered one. 80 to 120x Amscope is one brand. Any moderately sharp item works to scrape - back of a scalpel or a knife blade. You scrape in the direction the scales lay, just get a little bit of mucus.

Update: from the research i have done the mucus plugs were a result of post copper treatment. Angelfish skin is iritated post treatment. Also from this if they are put in a new/ kinda sterile environment they will be attracted by a bacterial infection starting with fin rot and discoloration. I think Vibrio. To combat this i ve added nitrafurazone (antifungal) in a quantity of 132mg/25L . Now 24h layer the mucus plugs disappeared in proportion of 70% and i am seeing the coloration coming back.
