Sorry for the bad phone pic. I have these little piles of white goo in a few spots. Any clue?

I've never seen snail eggs like that but they could be. I think it looks more like some sort of sponge.
 
Not snail eggs. Looks like the beginning of a sponge or turnicate colony.
 
There are others. I will try and get a picture in a bit when the main lights go out and the blues are on.
