I know its controversial but in my first tank I had a few maybe 3 small aptasia and I put peppermint shrimp in the tank and within a week they were gone.. I never actually saw them eat them.. coincidental? Maybe

Hi when you know what they look like and scan your system closely you can pinpoint them and find them when they are small. I use aptasia x and smother them with it works well for me and I have never had any problems with my coral during applications

Just zapped three today not an infestation I use a magnifying glass to scan my tank and hang on filters if I see one I bury it in aptasia x I have never seen them come back in the same area and have never seen any of my coral react to the applications I have no problem removing pest when necessary I see it as a part of the hobby.
