My fish were showing symptoms of flukes in my DT (scratching darting and breathing heavy) so I treated them with Prazipro 2 days ago. Now I'm not so sure I ID'd it correctly.
I have posted some pictures the Clownfish looks like it has ich (it didnt have anyspots on it 2 days ago), the Juvinile Emperor is a little faded. I have 2 tangs in the tank one of them is fine and the other only has little white specks on its pectoral fins and flashes its mouth and gill area on the sand.

I have an air stone in the tank so the water has lots of micro bubbles in it.

This is definitely ich and You will need to place fish in Quarantine tank and treat with Coppersafe or Copper Power at therapeutic level 2.25 for a FULL 30 days (do not interrupt this 30 day period) monitored with a Hanna Brand copper test kit- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone. All other fish in with it should also be removed as they have also been exposed to the parasites and placed in quarantine tank.
The display tank will have to be kept fishless (FALLOW) for 6-8 weeks to assure the existing parasites go through their life cycle without a host fish and die off. Inverts and coral can remain in the display (not treatment) tank during fallow period.
A quarantine tank can be as simple as a tank from a second hand store, a Rubbermaid type tub or a starter kit from Walmart which most of the needed essentials.

No, 100% this is severe ich. The trouble is, ich treatments take up to 5 days to start working, and the fish may be severely ill by then.
This looks like a fish only tank. If so, you can run hyposalinity to save the chore of setting up a treatment tank.

Why is there a Molly in your saltwater tank. The trial of putting one in as a 'canary in the coal mine' has long been disproven? Did you put up a picture?

I managed to save all the fish but the Clown. I did the 30 day copper and it never dropped below 2.22 and averaged 2.3 to 2.35. After the 30 days the Triggerfish still showed signs of small white dots on it so I continued onto 45 days of copper. The 45 days ended 3 days ago and it still have a very small amount of white dots, I have tried to get a picture of it but its been very hard to get one that's clear.

Should I continue with the copper or remove it and see how they react? The fish dont seem the least bit bothered by the copper.

recommend you post pictures under white lights, for the experts to review (not me), might be limphoma, mucus.

A full dose of copper should have eliminated ich, especially after 45 days.

Do you know, are the spots in the same location day to day? If so, it isn’t ich, those spots will change location every couple of days….

I think they are in the same spot especially around the triggers eyes, it doesn't have any spots on the fins. If/when I start to remove the copper will the fish just act normal or will they still flash/scratch themselves?

I'll try and get a picture tomorrow and post it. Maybe I'm just being paranoid and its just recovering from ich, as you said 45 days should be enough.

Removing the copper won’t cause any specific reaction in the fish. They will react like they do with any regular water change.

I see symptoms of ich but also scratch marks which would be associated with flukes. Can a fish have both symptoms- Yes

I don't see any obvious ich trophonts here.

I do wonder if the fish has been scratching, causing some scrapes on its skin. That could be a sign of flukes.

I watched them for a bit this morning and they do occasionally flash.

Yes - that’s what would do. You don’t need to remove all the copper, just get it below 1 ppm. Here are some general instructions for prazi treatments:

I took some more pictures today. Its the only fish that has anything on it, even the 2 tangs dont show any signs.
