ID just for my knowledge

I was given these when I started my tank and they were just called Mushrooms. Now that I am into this more I would like to know is this actually a Mushroom? Correct name if so.

Top are Palys and bottom looks to be a Majano anemone. Neither are mushrooms

I thought the bottom was a BTA. Can you explain what a Majano is? I don't think O know of that one!

Palythoas. Big, invasive, careful of any palytoxins. Some are very pretty, those look like basic ones. Hard to tell in blue light. :)

One of my questions in another thread is will the Palythoas hurt my RBTA? I’ve nursed the Anemone back to health and it has moved where you see it in the picture. Don’t want anything to bother it.

They could yes. Those guys can be overwhelming similar to algae. Hard to get rid of and sting others. I would move them if you can to nurse the nem back to health. JMO
