ID needed on this "Damsel"

What is this thing? As far as I know its a damsel, but I havent seen any of these for sale at all, so I dont know what it is.

Side shot,really bad picture and from my holding tank that he is in right now since the 125 is down and with remodle taking place Monday, hes in a holding tank till the cube is ready.
