Got a Gem Tang on Thursday of Last week. Put her in a 20G QT tank. I let her be and just changed her water everyday. She started eating, but then started to have these Spots on her eyes. I put her in a Fresh water dip. Several things came off her but no flukes. I started treating the tank with Prazi Pro (2 days ago after the freshwater bath(5minutes). Then the other night I gave her a 1 hour Bath in Paraguard. Still the things are on her Eyes. I have attached Pics any help would be great

That almost looks like eye bulge from improper decompression. Not a lot you can do for that.

Acoel flatwork or isopod. Either way, gently net fish, give it a 2-3 minute freshwater bath. The culprit will fall right off.
Assure water is same temp or a tad warmer

Or manually remove. Gently.
