ID Please ---- Good Guy or NO ?

Nudibranch of some sort, most likely not a good guy. There are a Zoa eating variety as well as a Montipora eating variety. I would flush it and look for more in the tank, where there's one, there's usually more. A good dip will get these guys before you introduce them to the tank.
