ID please, Tube with hair/tentacles?!

Got 2 of these, worms maybe, sticking out of a rock full of zoa's and yellow sponge. They are about 2ish inches long and let out hair/tentacles especially when the tank is getting cleaned or fed. They are Ridgid like a small twig. Good guys? Bad guys? Fren, foe? Thanks in advance
