He fell off my rock don’t know for how long so I moved them. I’m assuming this is him just being closed up and stressed from the new tank and also falling? I don’t know much about these and if they can close up fully like this or not.

Not a bowerbanki; those have more well-defined corallite boundaries. The resemblance in the LFS photo is likely because it's inflated
