Any idea what this thing is? Some sort of snail without a shell?

pretty blurry. does it look like it has kind of a partial shell on it back ( stomatella) or is it all flesh?

there are many sites you can googe with lots of pics too.

Looks like a shell might be starting to form on it's back. Not sure though...mostly
