I can't make much out without the whites on. In fact, tomorrow if possible turn the blues off for the photo to help with ID :)
 
Kind of looks like a bubble tip like mine but hard to tell with the blue uv on
 
Looks like a bleached BTA. Won't know what color until it starts to recover.
 
Yes I got it a few weeks ago and the LFS gave me some bad info just to make a sale I'm trying to keep it alive but its getting better my tank was to was too young only like 2 or 3 months old
 
It's Entacmaea quadricolor, or bubble tip anemone. The others are right it's bleached make sure you feed it often and keep your system stable while it's recovering.
 
I am I feed it raw shrimp starting to see coralline algae and I'm pretty sure that means my tank is maturing from what I'm reading I'm doing a lot of research to try to get a good handle on it
