sometimes sand particles get dislodged and stick to my glass. Maybe what you are seeing.

Yeah I have them as well and these are not it I do think they are nerite snail eggs.

Is that a bad thing to have all these? What will come out of these?

They usually won’t hatch, they just eventually fall off the glass, or you can scrape them off.

I didn't see a negative impact on my system, for me it was just an ugly impact. They may have eventually fallen off the glass as VKP01 suggests, but i couldn't stand looking at them for long.
