ID split base (cant tell if 1 or 2 corals)

Picked this guy up today at the lfs because I've been wanting to dip my hand into sps and I needed to treat myself cause I broke my knuckle :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

I have no clue what this is tbh I picked it because it seemed to have the best growth out of similar ones

Once I got it home I realized that the growth on top and on the base are seperated entirely and even tho the polyps look the same, the base is glowing a fluorescent green

The back side of the frag looks like it was laying in sand for quite a while

can anyone tell me if this is 1 or 2 corals And possibly what they may be?
