ID this chalice please

It came to my friends shop as an "ultra chalice" from a wholeseller. Its green with white eyes Ive never seen it and this is the only pic I can find online.

his doesnt have the yellow eyes in it but looks exactly like the white part. i imagine as it gets larger it might devlope the yellow

It looks like a manna white eyed chalice I saw a green eyed one that looked identical
