seriously though it looks like it is missing its "head" section maybe, so it could still be alive in your tank, i would be scared of ever going near that tank. Hopefully someone knows an id because it looks like a mutant fire worm that got half flattened.

Almost looks like a type of nudibranch, but I haven't the foggiest clue. Closest I can find for related images is a species of Polyceridae

It looks like this worm has missing some body parts which makes it hard to ID.

Very close to an acro boring red worm, but its not. Im thinking a worm like fireworm missing part of body

What is unique to me is that "tail" portion with nothing on it and the shape of it too.
