Greetings all :)

I have a standard 29 gallon DT w a 20 gallon sump. Currently running 1 Viparspectra 165w, mounted 8" about the water line, 100% blues & 12% whites. Blues run from 1pm - 1am, whites run from 3pm-11pm. I also have 2 Aqueon True Blue LEDs mounted to the mesh lid, I will upgrade eventually if anyone has suggestions?

My question is this: what settings and time period should I run for max growth? Or is this more a matter of nutrients? Is additional subsitutional lighting the answer?

Parameters:
N - 0-1
P - 0.-.25 (Api test kit)
C - 460
Alk - 11.5
pH - 7.8 (I have tried everything to raise this!!)
Salinity - 1.025
Temp - 77.9

I feed Reef-Roids, Fuel, Zoo & Phyto twice a week. Also dosing Red Sea's ABCD weekly per wc.

Thank you all so much! :)

I ran mine at 60 blue 20 or 30 white. At max you're getting 700 par directly underneath which is a lot for softies

I would slowly ramp them down. Unless running sps in a deep tank there's no need for that much.
