Fish = Snacks. Lol. :)

Hi and welcome! Good lighting, good sized tank, as stated above they get big. Stability is key as well as far as tank parameters too! I have had several over the years. I currently have a large Red haddoni. I have plenty of fish and haven't lost one yet. So imo fish haven't been a problem for me anyway. If you go to my buikd thread I have a pic of my haddoni. I am on my tablet so I don't have my tank pics on it! LOL!

You came to the right place for info! @OrionN has several different carpet nems, and is a wealth of info on the subject!

I currently have a baby Haddani in a nice size PVC with crush coral he's been doing great eating etc, but I have a bare bottom tank currently but in the new build I making what type of sand should I use any specific brand or grain size I have never used sand before

Carib Sea “Special” Aragonite sand is a favorite— grains are fairly uniform, fairly white, and neither too large nor too small. (Look for the word “Special” and you’ll have the right one.)

Love carpet anemone tanks! Mine is going to need an upgrade soon, as others mentioned carpets get big. I have a pink, blue, purple, and green haddoni anemones and 2 malus in mine. Only fish are a pair of clarkii’s. I also have 5 sexy shrimp and a couple anemone crabs.
