Can I get a ID on this Angel.

They're both Genicanthus angels, but I believe the Japanese swallowtail looks different. There are some ambiguities regarding which exact species "Japanese swallowtail" refers to (both of these could be considered Japanese swallowtail and both have been called by that name).
 
It's either a male G. melanospilos or a male G. caudovittatus. I'm leaning towards the latter.
