Identify please weird

I have all these weird white things in my sump and over flow.

What are they?

Kind of tough from the picture but possibly pineapple sponges.

I would agree, despite the blurry pictures those look like pineapple sponges, which are perfectly fine and harmless as they filter feed.

Looks like a bunch of harmless Pineapple Sponges. No biggy, and they usually aren't around very long.
