I restarted this aquarium from scratch two months ago because of a problem with green or brown algae.

There are now some creatures with tentacles attached to the glass. They don’t move or react when I touch them. I’m sharing some photos—could you help me identify them, please?

Tank: 110 L
Fish: 1 small cardinalfish
Corals: 1 Favia and a small zoa colony

These organisms continued to spread, so I treated the tank with Flux Rx. After 14 days, there has been no visible change. The attached video shows the current situation. Help please.

Tank has only 1 small fish. I am feeding once a week. So, zero uneaten food.Potasium and nitrate are nearly zero.

It looks like bryopsis which is a stubborn algae, the Flux Rx helped in killing them off which is why they have the whiter color compared to the first photo you posted, but you still want to use some airline tubing and pinch/scrape off the remains otherwise they will just feed more algae. What are your phosphate levels at? And how long do you keep your lights on?
