Not sure the exact type…but it looks severely bleached.

Yeah, it is extremely bleached and has consumed it's tentacles for energy. It is most likely a BTA from what I can see.

I'm going with bleached BTA as well.

Yes, it is a BTA that is in poor shape. He should recover if well care for.
