I need help indentifying both of the algae.

First is Cyanobacteria getting a start. Vacuum it off the sand, increase flow in the area, reduce nutrient import or increase export. Make sure your lights are fresh and I personally believe SPS level lights help even a FOWLR harden the algae cycle more effectively and with much less ugly.

I cannot say what the second is but the same advice applies.
