I’ve got a pair in my quarantine and hoping y’all can help me figure out if I’ve got a M/F pair or not.

The one with the more noticeable gap between stripes is a bit larger and showing more dominant behavior with nipping.

It's hard to tell sometimes especially with occelaris, percula, and skunks. Over time, one will become slightly larger and more aggressive. Did you buy them as an established pair or separate fish? Very nice clowns!

bought them together from same tank at LFS, but the employee couldn't say if they had pairing behavior.

related to the aggressive behavior from the female, what signs should i be looking for in terms of "normal" aggression vs "i need to separate these two soon". right now i see nipping, and the larger one is more active about feeding (sometimes eating everything before smaller gets a chance)

they are the lone QT inhabitants, so i can't really say how they treat other fish yet. thanks!
