AHHHH!!!!! 20v !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

got a fluke borrowed from work.. put the ground on an extension cord and the +ve in the water and the meter read about 20v....
put an aquarium ground probe in and now reads 0.0v
now when i get home after work i gotta start unplugging stuff to see who's the culprit..

So voltage caused an ich outbreak? And I bet its ur heater .. its always those **** heaters lol

I don't have a heater in the system right now.

Yeah it's looks like the voltage stressed the fish soo much their immune system dropped soo low that they were over come by ich.

ok so i'm still trying to track down the source of the voltage but since i've added the grounding probe the remaining fishes are doing awesome..

I've found metronidazole is a great in tank treatment for ich, put in the food of course.
