Just born @ 12:23pm today after 13+ hours of labor. Our baby daughter, Madalyne Marie Stanley is now officialy here. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, and now the fun really begins( as everyone keeps telling us). With any luck she'll have her moms smarts, and my love of wildlife and of course aqautic life. Just so happy had to tell everyone.

By the way... They're just like anthias when they're young. They need small meals every couple hours or so. Totally worth it by the way.

Thnx everyone for the well wishes and support. It's been a long two days, and we just want Maddy to come home healthy and well. Right now she's still in the intesive care unit, her lungs weren't quite working the right way, there was a small amount of fluid in them and they were not expelling enough carbon dioxide. Doc says it's typical for babys born a little early(she wasn't suppose to get here till dec 19th(impatient just like her mother...). So they have all tubed up and looking very unhappy, but she's making a strong recovery. Possibly by today they'll take the oxygen off and let her lungs do there own work. Then we get to bring her home. :) :) :) :)
