While those of you in Florida and the SE United States are enjoying Reef-A-Palooza this weekend, I'm busy investigating some insects that came in on a load of books to determine if they are bed bugs or not. The work of a public librarian is glamorous at times. :eek:

I hope everyone attending the conference has a wonderful time. I'm hoping to attend the one in CA in August.

Yep...they were bed bugs. They come into the library from time-to-time... along with cockroaches, condoms, and other bizarre things found in books. Gotta love Saturday afternoons. ;Bookworm

I worked in a library during college digitizing rare books. Good times!

I too skipped out on RAP as I decided yard work was more fun. No bed bugs but cut down a few stink bug hiding spots.

34 bags later the garbage man is going to love me. Haven’t even done the front yard.

4 hour drive up, 4 hours walking around, 4 hour drive back down.

One of my overflows is slurping air a bit, resulting in lots of air being drawn down. So bubbles. As a temporary solution to combat salt creep, I put on the Saran Wrap. Will have replacement overflow part soon (of course I snapped it when I tried to adjust it)

Also, the coral cups match because I bring them. Got tired of leaks

Actually I'm going to reefapalooza NY/NJ in june because its driving distance. :)

Some vendors have their own cups, so I dont need to hand them mine :) . You are very perceptive haha.

Some prices seemed absurd- like $400 per head for ANY gold torch. I suppose thats due to indo though.
