Looks like you are off to a good start. Post lots of pictures so we can see your progress. There’s a lot of folks on here with that same tank you can look to for help and inspiration.

Looks great! Equipment list is solid also. I am currently building a Nuvo 40 similar equipment list. Good luck!

Think I am looking at a IM Nuvo 10 gallon for my QT tank since it looks nice and won't be an eye sore for the room that would go into.

I have an orbits light to put on top and will by a piece of PVC

Does anyone see a issue with this.

You def are doing it right from the start. No corners are being cut. Make sure you get that RO/DI setup before buying fish & corals because if you don't you'll never get one

I am going to use lfs rodi first since it only 30 gallons. Plan on getting 10 gallon jugs filling once or every other month as needed

You can never really trust the LFS. Make sure you have a handy TDS checker to confirm that they're in fact selling you 0 TDS.

On my IM 30L I go through 5 gallons of top off water a week & a 5 gallon water change. So that's 10 gallons a week right there.

so all the parts are in yesterday. Built a small pvc stand for inside my APS stand to put the electronics and have room for 3 5 gallon jugs for auto fill and auto top off.

Going to design rock work this weekend and then get the tank wet and wait for the cycle to finish.

The only thing I dont like is the width being so small makes it hard to aquascape other then that loving it so far. Used about 22 gallons of water to fill it up with aquascape

Yeah, that’s one of the reason I went with the NUVO Black which is 15” cause it doesn’t have the filtration chambers.
