how do you like the stand... my first thoughts were.. meh... I like their older stands better since the doors completely covered the inside... any thoughts on these?
So the stand is stable and looks good in person but did not realize until I got it it was not real wood (my own fault really). It is very sturdy but I had to cut my own back panel and there is no shelf included. They make you buy 4 locking mechanism and call it a shelf kit even though you cut your own shelf and one of the three locking mechanism slides down because you can't get it tight enough.
Over all next time I will try to find a cabinet maker to build something for $400 instead. It's a good stand but for the price I think there is better out there.

So i decided to setup duel refugium in the second compartment on each side of my tank and it looks good thus far. I was a bit hesitant to cut strips in of my back but really was not that hard. I used just a cheap Amazon grow light strip for 15 bucks and two Intank refugium media baskets, which are very well made. Just got a small ball of chaeto and crossing my fingers fingers it won't die.

I grabbed my Seneye and checked the pair on my refugium light real quick for fun. Based on the four settings below I'll be able to grow chaeto fairly well on the high and medium high settings. I thought I saw some were you can get good growth with 50 par and above any one ever measure there refugium light?

This is two in one week that have come up here. I wonder if you both got your live rock from the same location.

So my 16 month old kid pulled every single plug out of my tank a few weeks ago ended up loosing the Birdsnest and the lime tree but here is my wife's Euphyllia Garden.

Again my wife's choice of the anemone split and is doing amazingly.

Have not seen much growth out of the acros but the Firestone Stylocoeniella has already grown over the plug and onto the rockwork.
We also got some favites a week ago from WWC and they are beautiful a grafted war coral

I wish the favites would grow faster they are absolutely beautiful, so much more color then what i can get in a picture wish they would really take off. ☺️

But looks like my dream of a sps dominant tank is slowly dying might have to change the thread title again.
