Looks like it may be a very pretty ball anemone to me (a corallimorph, related to mushroom corals; not a real anemone). They’re not generally considered pests unless the reproduce quickly on your tank.

Unless you get like 8-10+ of them all at once, I honestly wouldn’t worry at all. Even then, from what I can see of the colors on this one, I’d start offering them to your LFS and local reefers if they start multiplying too fast.

So, personally I’d keep them.
