Importance of flow

I was wondering, what is the importance of flow to the aquarium, like with regards to corals. Also, how much flow is too much?

Yes flow is very important. The correct amount of flow is dependant on the type of corals you have Some like alot of flow some do not. Most lps corals like high flow where softies prefer low flow.
