Over the past few weeks I have been having issues with my Vector M2 and Eco Smart live. If the spirit of complete disclosure I also have an MP-40 that has worked flawlessly.

Today I had two calls with Ecotech customer service and came away having been made to feel like a complete idiot. I was treated in a way that I would not treat my worse enemy. This was without doubt the worse customer experience I have had with any company in or outside of this hobby.

Regardless of the outcome of my issue, and regardless if it does turn out that I am just an idiot, no human being should be treated like I was today, and companies that operate that way should be called out.

I am 100% brand loyal. I will pay over the top for a product if it means finding a company that respects it customers. I am a customer for life kind of guy, sometimes to my detriment. Today, regardless of the outcome of my issue, Ecotech lost my respect and they lost my custom.

I was 100% behind the brand, I think they make some of the best products on the market today. They just let themselves down from a customer experience perspective. Personally I am massively sad I have had to walk away.

Sorry to hear this. No one should be made to feel dumb.

I completely agree after my experience with them today via email and phone. Apparently they believe their customers are of low intelligence and have no problem expressing this sentiment. My vectra m1 went out on me and I was told they'll send me out a "New" return pump, to which I indeed received a pump however, it obviously was NOT new and I took photos clearly illustrating that fact and sent them to customer service. Their reply was that they don't send out used equipment and what I was seeing in the photos was merely from the testing they do on all of their equipment before sending them out. I'm thinking of posting photos of the unit on here to get a consensus from the community on whether or not it's new. IMO consisting of over 15 years in the hobby this pump is most certainly not new.

Let's see the pictures. When I got mine new it was completely flawless. And you could tell nothing was ever screwed into the pump and everything was packed and sealed tight
