Infected? Not sure what these are

,New tank snails only at the moment noticed these little pods near a few snails then noticed they are covering my sand sporatically...

PLEASE HELP

Don't look like amphipods or copepods to me. Looks like grains of rice to me not sure what they are.

yeah i have a few copes but these are bigger than most copes

The picture isn't close enough to see, but two things come to mind.....either collonista snails or baby stomatella snails. Pull one out and take a close look (using a magnifying lens if you have one).

Not the snail in the pic, the tubes on on the upper left of the snail

Oh! I thought you where talking about the little white specs in the sand.

Now my guess is snail eggs. What kind of snails do you have. Some lay "pods" while most lay a ribbon of eggs (typically seen on your glass).

That makes sense. Didn't even think about that one. My snails only lay the ribbon type.

They could be eggs I guess but they are everywhere, wasn't expecting my snails to get busy after only being in the tank 4 days

mine seems like they lay all the time al over my tank. It is mostly my cerith snails though
