i was about get some frag favia for my 65g , i'd like to hear from you , your exp and what you think, also some picture of yours would be awesome
 
Seem to get better, richer coloring by feeding often,lower indirect light, keeping phosphates in the 0.01-0.02 range and Lugols dosing
 
Love Favias. Some of the hardiest corals out there. I've had this one for about 4 years. I'm not a big fan of Favia frags since they grow slower than many other types of corals but I love the look of a nice sized colony.

Here's my Mystic Grape colony: if my phosphates drop too low I notice the polyps fade slightly. Can almost tell where I'm at without testing just by looking at this coral lol.
