Hello everyone. My good brother since his family is down sizing their belongings so they can eventually move into a boat has let me take over a 16 gallon tank. It came as a FOWLR with a Clown, Yellow Tailed Blue Damsel, and a Banded Coral Shrimp, with some hermits taking care of the bottom. I'm venturing into the reef zone and on New Years Day 2016, placed a small frag of Goniopora. Then a small cluster of other corals I'm trying to recall what they were. But, anyway I'm exited regardless of what Francis says about reef tanks on Fish Tank Kings and thought it would be so cool to do this. And now here I am.

I found this site while researching a better light fixture. I found more than expected and placed an order for an Orbit Marine LED 18" thanks to information gleened from a forum post on this site. I returned to this site for more information and decided to join. Looking forward to meeting this Reef2Reef community.
