Just picked up this urchin, accidentally dripped it from about 5 inches into the acclimation bowl, and a couple of its spikes broke off. what will happen??

As long as the body exoskeleton is intact, it should be fine. The quills can shed or break pretty easily depending on species, and they will grow back.
